Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Oneiros services or any Oneiros products, software, applications, data, imagery, models, functionality and/or services provided to you on, including the new platform Oniri (collectively, the “Service”). Using the Service indicates that you accept these Terms and any policies and guidelines of Oneiros incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms or such policies or guidelines, you may not use the Service.

The Service is owned and operated by Oneiros srl (“Oneiros,” “we,” “our” and “us”). Oneiros reserves the right to revise any of these Terms or any service specific terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to periodically review these terms for the latest information on our policies.

For any such material that you submit, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to submit the material to Oneiros and grant the licenses set forth above; (b) Oneiros will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay royalties to any third party; (c) the material does not infringe any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and (d) the material complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The materials made available on or through the Service (excluding the User Content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, including Oneiros Apps. The “Oneiros Apps” means any func­tionality or application that displays 3D models and any kind of integrated features. Oneiros own all right, title and interest (including all associated intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered, and related goodwill) in and to the Service.

It is intended as “User Content”, all the 3D contents (and image/video/audio/text files) provided by the customer. Oneiros does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content. If you believe that any “User Content” on the Services infringes your copyright, please contact us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to these Terms, we hereby authorize you to do any of the following actions: – Use the functionality of the Oneiros services and view any content available through the functionality included in the Apps; Except as authorized by the previous sentence, no portion of the Service may be copied, modified, used to create derivative works from, decompiled, reverse engineered, disassembled, uploaded, posted, transmitted, exploited, or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of Oneiros (other than as needed for your computer or device to interface with the Service). Oneiros makes no warranties of any kind regarding the services or the Oniri content. You expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without warranties of any kind, including that the services, website and Oniri content will meet your requirements, will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure or operate without error. At any time Oneiros reserves the right to modify or stop offering all or part of the Services at any time, at its own discretion, in which case we will provide you with one (1) month’s notice.
